In-Person registrations: Cancellations made on or before December 1, 2024 will be refunded the registration amount minus a nonrefundable $250 processing fee. Or, you can downgrade to virtual on or before December 1, 2024 to receive a refund for the price difference at the time of request. All cancellations made for any reason after that date are nonrefundable but you will receive access as a virtual attendee.

Please note that the Four Seasons Oahu Resort has a separate cancellation policy. You are responsible for fees or charges associated with your cancellation at the Four Seasons.

We strongly recommend buying travel insurance to cover the cost of the conference and travel arrangements.

Wealthy Mom MD, LLC (WMMD LLC) reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event due to unforeseen circumstances and other events that render it illegal, impractical, or unlikely (in the opinion of WMMD LLC) that attendees will be unable or unwilling to attend the event.  In the unlikely event of a cancellation or postponement, WMMD LLC will offer a credit for a future event or refund the registration fee minus the nonrefundable $250 processing fee, but we are not responsible for no other damages of any kind.

You are not required to stay at the Four Seasons.

You will get the link to book your room at the group rate. A deposit will be due at reservation with the balance due upon check-out. 

There is very limited availability at the significantly discounted group rate. starting at $545/night So be sure to secure registration as soon as possible.

You will have the option to choose a room with resort, partial ocean or oceanfront view + taxes & fees (additional 17.962%).
