BOARD-CERTIFIED DERMATOLOGIST · EDUCATIONAL CONSULT
You don't need more products.
You need someone to tell you what to stop buying.
An educational skin longevity plan, written around your skin, where you are hormonally, and the life you actually live. From a board-certified dermatologist who will tell you what to skip.
You have told yourself you just need the right product.
What you're missing is a way to think about the whole picture.
The serum, the peptide, the device your friend swears by. None of it means much on its own, because the question was never which product. It was what your skin is dealing with, in what order it matters, and what actually deserves your money.
This is education, and that is deliberate.
I am a board-certified dermatologist and this is not a dermatology appointment. No diagnosis, no prescriptions, no treatment, and no doctor-patient relationship. If what you need is a diagnosis or a prescription, you need your own dermatologist, and I would rather say that now than take your money.
What I do instead is teach you how your skin works and how to think about the decisions in front of you, so you can stop handing that judgment to whoever posted most recently. If something you send me looks like it needs an actual exam, I will tell you to get seen. I will not guess at it.
WHAT IS TRUE AT THE END
Not another list of things to buy.
Everyone else sells you more to own. This is about understanding your skin well enough that you stop needing anyone to tell you what to do next.
01
You know what to use, when, and in what order.
02
You know what to stop buying, and that money comes back to you.
03
You understand what the in-office treatment landscape actually does, so you can walk into a consult knowing what you're evaluating instead of being sold to.
04
You understand how sleep, stress, sun, and where you are hormonally show up in your skin.
05
You stop opening a new tab every time someone on Instagram mentions a peptide.
06
You have a written plan, built around you, and you are done guessing.
You already suspect you are overspending. You just don't know where.
You are a physician, a founder, a professional, a mother, often several of those at once. You do not have the time or the interest to run a controlled trial on your own face.
And you have probably had the fifteen-minute dermatology appointment. The one where you leave with a prescription and no framework for anything. I know how that appointment goes, because for years I was the one running it. There is no version of fifteen minutes that includes teaching you how any of it fits together.
That is what this is for.
How it works.
First you fill out a detailed intake. Your exposures, where you are hormonally, your foundations (sleep, nutrition, movement, stress), and what you are currently using. It is detailed on purpose, so our time gets spent on you instead of on gathering basics. I read all of it before we meet.
Then we talk for 40 minutes. It's booked for 40 and usually runs closer to 60, because I don't rush it.
Afterward you get the written plan, about ten pages, organized around five pillars:
Sleep, nutrition, movement, stress. The parts nobody wants to hear are load-bearing.
The habits and exposures that tend to disrupt the skin barrier, and which ones appear in what you described.
Specific products, specific order, specific frequency. Including what to cut.
What the procedure landscape actually does and what the evidence supports, so you can evaluate a consult rather than sit through a pitch.
The layer worth considering once the first four are handled, not before.
Plus vetted, named provider referrals where you may want one, and one round of clarifying questions by email after the plan lands.
Where I make money, and where I don't.
Most of what I point you toward is something you already own, something inexpensive, or something you can skip. Some plans spend more words on what to cut than on what to add.
Some links in the plan are affiliate links, disclosed in the document, and I earn a commission if you use them. Nothing gets in because of that. I have refunded sponsor money over a values mismatch and I would do it again. The recommendation comes first, the link is secondary, and when I don't think something is worth your money there is no link next to it.

When this is not the right call.
If you want a diagnosis, a prescription, or someone to manage a skin condition, this is not it, and I will not pretend otherwise.
It is also not ongoing access. You get the plan and one round of questions. Anything past that is a new consult.
If you are already doing a lot for your skin and wondering whether that disqualifies you, it usually makes you a better fit. Strong foundations get confirmed and the clutter gets cut.
What people ask before they book.
No. It is educational. No diagnosis, no prescriptions, no treatment, no doctor-patient relationship. I am a board-certified dermatologist and this is not me practicing dermatology on you. It is me teaching you how to think about your skin.
After you purchase, you will be given a scheduling link to book your call . Your intake is due at least 48 hours beforehand. If it comes in late, the session may be shortened or moved.
Usually yes, and for a different reason than you'd think. Your dermatologist handles what shows up in the room in fifteen minutes. This is the education around the whole picture, written down and sequenced, so you know what you're doing and why.
No. Payment is non-refundable, and the terms are on the checkout page.
Stop running the experiment on your own face.
You send the intake. I read all of it. We talk. You get a plan built around your skin and your actual life, and you come out of it understanding your own skin well enough that you stop guessing.
