The deliverable is the decision, not a report. This is thinking work done together, in real time.
A Design Session might sound like this: You've been slowly building something on the side — a coaching practice, a consulting arm, a next chapter you haven't fully named yet — and you can feel that a decision is coming. Do you drop hours in practice? Go per-diem? Leave clinical altogether?
In 90 minutes, we work out what the shift actually is, what the honest financial picture looks like, what the next 90 days would need to include, and what you tell the people who need to know. You leave with the door you're walking through and the first three moves in order.

A 30 to 90-day partnership for the person building something real and wanting a thinking partner in the room while they build it. Private calls, text access, and strategy work scoped to what you're actually making.
I don't build for you. I architect with you. You leave each call knowing what to do next and why.
Your Design Partner might look like this: You've decided you're building the next thing, whatever it is — a boutique practice, a coaching business, a consulting arm, something more creative — and you've got 30 to 60 days where the pieces need to come together.
Over the container, we're on calls every ~ ten days and in WhatsApp between them. You leave each call with the next piece designed: what you're building, how it's positioned, what you're pricing it at, what your first offer looks like, how it fits with what you're leaving behind. When you launch, it's yours. The thinking is ours.
One day intensives also available.
For something bigger than a Session but shorter than a full Partnership, there's also a Design Day. One full day, one domain architected end-to-end, a blueprint delivered after. Starts at $6,000, available on request.
WHAT IT'S LIKE
The part I like best is the part you probably need most.
Here's what tends to happen. You come in with something specific — a decision that won't settle, a build you're trying to shape, a piece of your work that isn't clicking. Twenty minutes in, we're usually past the surface and into the actual thing. That's the part I love.
The shape of the partnership adapts. Some weeks we're deep in strategy. Some weeks we're closer to the work itself, thinking through how something should actually get built. Both are what I'm here for.
One honest note: if you're looking for weekly accountability check-ins, a curriculum you work through on your own, or an open-ended container without a specific goal, that's not what this is, and I'll tell you gently if it comes up.
