126: My Goal-Planning Process

Friends and clients who listened in got it for themselves and are enjoying it, but I’ve started noticing a few things that I want to talk about today.

So many planners are focused on getting things done, which is important of course. But if you’re in my world and you’re familiar with the Model, focusing on getting shit done solely looks at the action line, when in reality, we need to peel back a few layers to really get the most out of our goal planning.
